We are dedicated to delivering superior training by caring instructors in a welcoming and safe environment.
Pre-Kinder-Dance & Kinder-Dance (Ages 18 Months – 6 Years Old) With careful instruction and encouraging teachers, Pre-Ballet, Tap and Gymnastics are offered to our younger students. The children enjoy the variety, and it helps develop self-confidence, coordination, musicality, body awareness, flexibility and strength while preparing them for the training ahead.
Our 5-week summer session promises to be a fun and rewarding experience for our dancers. In addition to being a fun activity for your child, attending the summer session ensures that your dancer is ready for promotions to new classes (where applicable) in the Fall.

Reasons To Choose Us
What Should I Be Looking For In A Teacher?
Teachers at JDM are Adult University Certified and/or Professionals who are mature, committed and care. They are approachable for questions and communication. Most are full time dance and gymnastic instructors, dedicating their lives to share their expertise and knowledge with hundreds of students. (Biographies are available at the Academy front desk.) Students and Teachers are matched for compatibility for a “win win” situation.
What Type Of Atmosphere Can I Expect?
JDM school of Dance nutures a positive atmosphere towards students and parents alike. Classes are structured and follow a curriculum for ultimate progress, bringing out a student’s full potential, in a friendly, fun filled family type setting. Spirits must be up for a child to have an open mind to fully benefit the complete learning process.
We believe that our youngest dancers deserve the very best instruction, which is why our instructors teach the most advanced classes as well as the 2-6 year old dancers. Many studios have their youngest and most inexperienced teachers training their very young dancers, but we believe starting out on an excellent foundation is the proper way to train a dancer.
Long term goals are the focus at JDM. Our goal for the dancers at JDM School of Dance is to provide an education in dance that will yield a well-rounded, balanced dancer capable of performing multiple styles of dance. For dancers who wish to become professional dancers, a well-rounded education is essential in gaining acceptance into a four year university or a professional dance company.
Julie and her staff unite under one common goal: to provide professional, fun training in all the disciplines of dance.
