Twinkle Stars Dance

Twinkle Star Dance is an age specific 45 minute class containing ballet, tap and jazz/creative movement.  The purpose of the class is to introduce young dancers to the three styles of dance and inspire movement and creativity within a positive environment. Dancers also learn basic steps and terminology in all three styles. For example, all dancers will learn what a “plie” is and how to demonstrate one.

The use of fun, age appropriate music engages the young dancers’ minds and bodies. The use of props such as maracas for the “freeze dance” makes the end of class the most fun!

She began her career in Neonatal Nursing.  Julie and Bill had their daughter, Marley, in 2007.

Throughout her life, dance has always been in the center of Julie’s heart. When Marley began dance lessons, Julie knew she wanted to pursue her dream of opening her own studio.  In doing so, Julie is able to share her passion with her daughter, as well as children and adults in the community.

Julie’s goal is to establish a positive, exciting environment for her students to learn the disciplines of dance.   She wants to share both technique and passion with her students.
